How your balance works

Every job shows its expected pence cost before you start; only what it actually uses is charged. A job that fails to generate or is refused costs nothing at all. Top up again only when your balance runs low.

What a job costs

Each job's own page states its expected cost, what it is about, and what you will pay before you buy. There is no separate subscription tier, no per-job hidden fee, and no charge for a revision beyond what that revision uses.

If you don't use what you bought

Unspent store credit is refundable within 14 days of buying it, to your original payment method. Store credit already spent on a delivered result is not refundable. Store credit is valid for 24 months from the last time you topped up or spent it. See Refunds for how to ask, and Terms for the full policy.
