Simple terms.

What you receive

Each job promises one finished result, described on its own page before you buy. Everything is written from the material and answers you supply. Unfussed does not verify facts you provide and does not promise sales, replies, or any particular outcome.

Your responsibility

You must own or have permission to submit the material. Read every generated statement before you publish or send it.

If something fails

Points are spent only when a result is delivered. If a job fails, your points are not spent and stay on your balance — there is nothing to refund, because nothing was taken.

If the result isn't what you wanted

Every job includes three revisions at no extra cost. Tell us what to change and we will redo it. We do not refund a completed job because you would have phrased it differently — that is what the revisions are for.

Unspent points

You can ask for unspent points back within 14 days of buying them and we will refund them to your original payment method. Once points have been spent on a delivered result, that part is not refundable. After 14 days, points cannot be exchanged for money.

Points are valid for 24 months. Buying or spending points resets that period.

Cancelling

You normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because a job is generated immediately, you are asked to confirm before each job starts that you want work to begin now and that you accept losing the right to cancel that job once its result is generated. Your unspent points remain refundable for 14 days regardless.

Availability

Only the jobs shown as available on the home page are services you can buy. Anything listed as not yet built is not a service and cannot be purchased.
